What to Expect
You’ll lie down, relax, and be gently guided through a customized series of assisted stretches.
Each session is done on a treatment table with supportive straps to stabilize your body while your limbs are moved through their natural ranges of motion.
Most clients feel an immediate sense of relief, ease, and better movement by the end of their first session.
